Ascend Futures Foundation (AFF) is a Zambian youth-focused and women-led non-profit organisation advancing equitable health, gender justice, and youth leadership. Founded in 2017 by two HIV prevention advocates from Zambia and Malawi and formally registered in 2024, AFF works from Lusaka across high-burden and underserved districts — at the intersection of SRHR and HIV prevention, community advocacy and systems accountability, climate-health, and youth mental wellbeing. Its motto: "Building Dreams, Transforming Communities."
